We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Strategic Sourcing Recruiter to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong background in strategic sourcing and recruitment within the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent, with a focus on enhancing our company’s competitive position through strategic talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:
The Permanent Strategic Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various engineering roles.
2. Utilize your knowledge of Ceridian / Day Force to manage and streamline our recruitment process.
3. Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to keep track of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future personnel needs.
5. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
6. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
7. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
8. Promote our employer brand online and offline.
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Strategic Sourcing Recruiter position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), with a focus on strategic sourcing.
3. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
5. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
6. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
7. Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with Employer Branding methods and techniques.
8. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
9. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
10. Strong decision-making skills.
