We're looking for a Strategist, Growth to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly analytical and creative individual with a deep passion for social media marketing and a knack for uncovering actionable insights from data. You'll play a crucial role in both our pre-sale efforts and in supporting our strategy team with robust business intelligence and creator insights.

What You'll Do Here:

• Pre-Sale (50%):




• Develop compelling and data-driven RFP submissions and proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition and strategic approach.


• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform pre-sale strategies.


• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions.

• Business Intelligence & Creator Strategy (50%):




• Perform digital data mining and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key performance indicators across various social media platforms.


• Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the strategy team.


• Provide expert insights into creator performance, audience demographics, and content trends to optimize creator partnerships and campaigns.


• Stay abreast of the latest social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

You'll Need to Have:

• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy; agency experience preferred


• Deep understanding of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter


• Proven success in growing brand presence across social platforms


• Strong knowledge of CPG, gaming, tech, and retail industries


• Skilled in translating client and leadership input into strategic briefs and actionable social plans


• Excellent copywriting and communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders


• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools; experienced in data interpretation and reporting


• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• Flexible and responsive to clients across multiple time zones (EST Working Hours)


• Passion for and knowledge of gaming and tech is a plus


• Native understanding of digital culture, trends, and community behaviours
