As a part of our growing team, you will play a key leadership role in helping expand our reach and achieve this mission. You will help us achieve our goals through setting the right priorities for strategy and operation execution.
In this role, you will lead initiatives that translate business strategy into action by working with cross-functional colleagues to inform and influence their decision making.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Influence executive-level decision making through acumen and actionable insights.
Determine area of focus, gaps, and opportunities for change/improvement across the organization.
Lead core programs (organization or strategy) across Health and Home.

Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
Provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership based on analysis, technical acumen, and experience.
