Strategy & Sustainability Administrator

Our client is seeking a Strategy & Sustainability Administrator to support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and strategic planning across their Malta entities. This role combines data coordination, reporting, and administrative support to ensure alignment with group objectives while contributing to long-term sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability

• Assist in cascading the Group plan locally and support data compilation.

• Coordinate reporting structures at entity and group level.

• Contribute to public disclosures and sustainability reporting.

• Provide administrative support to sustainability committees and national representation.

• Assist in compiling ESG-related data when required.

Strategy

• Support in developing the entities strategic plan within the Group framework.

• Monitor progress and compile regular reports on strategic objectives.

• Assist in research, development, and implementation of planning models.

• Provide data compilation support across Group units.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred).

• Experience in sustainability or strategy roles is an asset, but training will be provided.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively in a team.
