Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on seniority but may include:

• Supporting or leading strategy, transformation, restructuring, or performance improvement projects
  


• Conducting financial, operational, and data analysis
  


• Building financial models, business cases, and transformation plans
  


• Managing project workstreams and timelines
  


• Preparing client presentations and reports
  


• Communicating with client stakeholders, including senior management
  


• Leading meetings and workshops
  


• Managing project teams and mentoring junior consultants (Manager level and above)
  


• Supporting business development and proposal creation
  


• Developing client relationships and contributing to business growth (Director level)
  

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, restructuring, transformation, or related fields
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  


• Experience working with stakeholders in complex project environments
  


• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  


• Business level Japanese and English
  


• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced degree is a plus
