Here's what you'd do:

• Supports the implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines, and principles.
• Conducts strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e. Market and competitors' analyses, M&A targets and Due diligence, benchmarking, and analysis of strategic action fields).
• Continuously coordinates the development and performs the controlling of subordinated business strategies, the related business plans, and budgets, and generates the respective reports.
• Supports strategic planning and evaluates strategic options of the relevant unit.
• Makes recommendations for further strategic development.
• May act as a trusted partner and advisor for strategic development.
• Needs to consider processes and results, generated in other workflows and disciplines, implies conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.
• These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contribute to team results.
• Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.
• Targets are short to medium-term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
• They may provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, business development or strategy dept putting together “pitches” or designing PowerPoint slides.

• Experience in Financial Services
• Be able to quickly understand concepts and apply them to PowerPoint slide
• Focus on applying and expanding the acquired knowledge base.
• Application of knowledge in a broader professional context
