Overview As a Client-Focused Legal Strategy Salesperson, your primary responsibility involves establishing strong client connections, identifying their specific legal requirements, and effectively presenting tailored legal strategies to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities: The ability to strongly connect with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and guidance on legal strategies that align with their goals. Possess the ability to serve the client in a consultative manner and hold empathetic and supportive discussions based on often difficult stories. Articulate legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients. Present compelling proposals and recommendations that align with the client's best interests. Manage a sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Job Title: Strategy Specialist (Bilingual)
Location: Edinburg,Texas
Terms: Full-time Position
Salary/Rate: $25 hourly - Plus Performance Bonus
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9-6
Benefits: Comprehensive 30 day training program. After a 60 day probation period; 2 weeks paid time off (increases yearly), medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k after one year of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

The ability to strongly connect with clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and guidance on pre-approved legal strategies that meet their needs.
Possess the ability to serve the client in a consultative manner and hold empathetic and supportive discussions based on often difficult stories.
Articulate legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
Present compelling proposals and recommendations that align with the client's best interests.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems
Sound negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with client information.
