Job Summary

Strategy Specialists play a vital role in advancing our mission to help as many immigrants as possible achieve legal status. They are responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing client contracts, ensuring that potential clients receive the support and solutions they need in line with our firm’s mission-driven approach. By engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored legal solutions, Strategy Specialists contribute directly to our growth and success, driven by our commitment to providing access to legal services for those seeking to improve their immigration status. Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills are essential to achieving our goals and furthering the firm’s mission.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Engagement: Understanding clients' needs, building rapport, recommending appropriate products or services, and conducting presentations.

• Sales Process Management: Managing the sales cycle from lead receipt to closure, including following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.

• Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with clients that ensures strong support, satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

• Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

• Time Management: Effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple client interactions within a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule Flexibility: Adapting to a dynamic work schedule that may include occasional evenings, weekends, or travel to accommodate client needs or attend events.

• Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure future sales.

• Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent presenting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits
