Strategy Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Strategy Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence, innovation, and long-term growth. This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable programs, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong consulting or corporate strategy experience with a proven track record in managing complex transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives across business units
• Translate organizational goals into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align transformation strategies with business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic programs
• Monitor progress using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case development
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives
• Present insights, progress updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business transformation roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change management initiatives
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote environment
