Based at the International Broadcast Centre in Dallas, this event-time role places you at the heart of a world-class live production, ensuring millions of fans worldwide receive seamless, high-quality streaming in real time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and quality control live streams (latency, audio, sync, multi-feed delivery).
• Troubleshoot real-time streaming issues across network, encoding, and playback systems.
• Support cloud-based streaming infrastructure during live operations.
• Perform end-to-end testing and assist with redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with broadcast, network, and digital operations teams for seamless integration.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to post-match reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of live streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS, DASH, CMAF).
• Experience with encoding/transcoding tools (Elemental, AWS Media Services, OBS, Telestream).
• Knowledge of IP-based broadcast workflows (SMPTE 2110, NDI, SDI-to-IP).
• Familiarity with CDN architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Akamai).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under live-event pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends).
• Preferred: Experience in sports or major live-event digital operations.
