The Program Supervisor for the Street Outreach Team at BACS provides leadership, guidance, and support to a dedicated team working directly with individuals experiencing homelessness and other barriers to stability. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations while ensuring outreach services are compassionate, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on building trust and meaningful connections within the community.
The Program Supervisor plays a key role in supporting staff development, coordinating services, maintaining strong community partnerships, and ensuring the program meets its goals and contractual requirements. At least 1 year of managing direct staff working in HMIS/CES is required.
