As the Streets Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll plan, direct, schedule, and inspect the work of full-time and part-time employees in the maintenance and repair of City streets and related facilities, assign work activities and projects, inspect budget reports to ensure that funds are available and coordinate with the Fleet Department to maintain equipment. You’ll also drive from site to site overseeing daily operations,  provide reports and document equipment condition, initiate ongoing street maintenance and repair programs for the City and schedules new projects and programs.

• An associate degree or higher education from an accredited university in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related engineering or construction fields at the time of application or within 36 months of date of hire
• Four (4) years of public sector field experience in the construction, maintenance, repair of streets and public rights-of-way
• At least two (2) years of supervisory or lead-work experience is required within a civil construction related field
• A valid driver’s license at the time of application, and a valid Colorado driver’s license within 30 days of employment
