Striping Foreman

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in road or parking lot striping.
  


• Flexibility to work variable hours, including days, nights, and weekends, as required.


• Exceptional organizational skills to complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.


• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards.


• Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various striping equipment, including Graco Line Drivers and Walk-Behind Machines


• Complete road and parking lot striping projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.


• Read and interpret project blueprints, layouts, and plans.


• Perform pre-job planning, including site preparation, asphalt cleaning, and material handling.


• Ensure the work area is safe, maintain a clean work environment, and follow all safety procedures.


• Complete daily progress reports and timesheets.
  


• Perform regular inspections of completed work to ensure precision and quality control.


• Ensure compliance with ADA and local striping regulations.


• Perform additional duties as needed to support project success and team efficiency.
