Requirements

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
• Typically 5+ years of related experience OR equivalent advanced education (PhD or Master’s + 3 years)
• Proficiency in structural analysis, FEA methods, and simulation tools
• Must meet ITAR/EAR requirements (U.S. Person status or appropriate licensing)

Preferred

• ABET-accredited engineering degree
• Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills

What you’ll do

• Develop, integrate, and document structural requirements to support system design
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design compatibility
• Use analytical methods, FEA models, and simulations to guide product design
• Create test plans, support test execution, and analyze/report results
• Define and document certification results for regulatory compliance
• Support in-service products by investigating failures and recommending improvements
