Structural Engineer

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. If you have 5 or more years of experience and a passion for designing safe, efficient, and innovative structures, we want to hear from you.

At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (think towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings to multi-family developments. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values creative problem-solving, technical excellence, and clear communication.

• Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, design concepts, and construction documents.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges with smart, sustainable solutions.
• Contribute your expertise to impactful structures across Florida.

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (PE license is a plus).
• 5 or more years of hands-on structural design experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure and/or RISA-3D are a bonus).
• Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
