Tetra Tech's High Performance Building division is currently seeking a full-time Structural Engineer with 1+ years to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with an innovative team to work on various project types including municipal, industrial, commercial, government, forensic, and renovation work on historic structures. They will understand and work successfully within budget, project schedule, and quality requirements while collecting and assimilating data for structural engineering work.

Your Contributions will Include:
Delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
Preparing and checking design calculations of structural systems.
Utilizing computer-aided design tools to perform complex engineering tasks.
Writing forensic and investigation reports.
Defining the structural system by modeling in Revit.
Designing to local and State Codes, as well as Federal Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
1+ years of related experience as a Structural Engineer.
Knowledgeable in the design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, aluminum, and wood.
Proficient with structural engineering design software such as RISA 3D.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Well organized and able to work independently.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment on projects ranging from studies to detailed design.
Position open to U.S. citizens.
