Position: Structural Engineer
Location: Decatur, IL (Fully Onsite)

Job Description:-
1. Designing structural components and Performing advanced structural analysis and simulations prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
2. Leading discussions with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Reviewing and approving project drawings and specifications. Overseeing the structural design process for complex engineering projects. Consulting on high-level engineering challenges and providing expert advice
3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
4. Contributing to the development of company standards and practices. Leading risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
5. Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately and provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
6. Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval and analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
7. Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers and monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
8. Administer contracts and manage projects, inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations. Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes. Expert experience in project management.
9. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
10. Sound understanding of physics and mathematics and ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
11. Three-dimensional conceptual skills, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail with organizational skills.
1. As site SPOC he need to schedule project call with client
12. Co-ordinate with offshore on design deliverable
13. Co-ordinate with Client, Vendor and construction for inputs to be shared with offshore
14. Prepare markups
15. Review design document sent from offshore
16. Deliver design package to customer
17. Support construction team in Technical queries and clarification
18. Previous experience as a Structural Engineer or similar field.
19. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
20. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD .
21. Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills.
22. Good communication ability (both written and verbal).
