Structural Fitter – Day Shift
Pay: $22/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Test Required: Written Fitter Test

Position Overview

Join our expert steel fabrication team as a Structural Fitter, where you’ll play a key role in the precise alignment and fitting of structural steel components for large, complex projects. This position ensures all components are accurately prepared for welding and assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and use a tape measure with precision
• Prior welding experience is a plus
• Work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power tools, and automated machinery
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols—this is a Safety Sensitive position
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
