We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Fitter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining structural components in various construction and manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately assemble structural components.

- Fit, align, and weld structural steel and other materials according to project requirements.

- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.

- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform fitting and assembly tasks.

- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structural fitting and assembly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

- Strong understanding of structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

- Knowledge of welding, bolting, and fastening techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents accurately.

- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various environments.

- Relevant certifications or training in structural fitting, welding, or related fields are preferred.
