Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Structural MIG Welders for a large, well-established fabrication facility in Tulsa. This Structural MIG Welder role focuses on 3G position MIG welding on structural steel components used in heavy industrial and structural applications.

This is a high-volume, long-term opportunity with steady hours and consistent work.

Requirements

• Structural MIG welding experience required
• Ability to pass a 3G MIG weld test
• Experience welding structural steel components
• Ability to read blueprints and follow weld procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding in the 3G position on structural steel
• Weld vertical joints per specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Maintain weld quality, penetration, and appearance
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment
