Structural Project Engineer

A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Structural Project Engineer to support the growth of their expanding structural practice by delivering innovative design solutions and leading multidisciplinary collaboration at their Sacramento office.

Your Day Includes

• Lead structural projects from conceptual planning through construction administration

• Coordinate closely with architects, MEP, civil engineers, and consultants

• Perform gravity and lateral analysis using applicable building codes

• Mentor entry-level engineers and help guide team deliverables

• Partner with department leadership on strategy and project execution

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and active PE license

• 6–10 years of structural engineering experience across commercial, industrial, or advanced technology projects

• Strong working knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and construction document coordination
