Technical Leadership & Quality

  • Serve as a senior technical advisor on structural design and analysis
  • Review and approve calculations, plans, and specifications

  • Support complex inspections, assessments, and problem-solving

Operations & Collaboration

  • Support group planning, staffing, and workload forecasting
  • Coordinate with Group Managers and firm leadership on resource alignment
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 15+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (or ability to obtain)
  • Proven success in project delivery and client relationship management
  • Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality work

Preferred
