Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans with office managers and practice leaders
• Establish and expand market presence through targeted business development
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Lead proposal development and serve as technical expertise resource
• Interview, hire, and conduct performance reviews for section staff
• Provide leadership and continuous performance management to team members
• Coordinate with local clients at county and state levels

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program
• Professional Engineer (PE) License - REQUIRED
• 10+ years of bridge/horizontal structural engineering experience
• Proven project management and business development experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management skills
