Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Structural Steel Erectors / Installers to join our high-performance field crews. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of steel building components, including columns, beams, and braces on CECO metal building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install structural steel components per project blueprints and erection plans

• Rig, lift, and place steel using proper tools and techniques

• Secure materials with bolts, welds, and fasteners

• Collaborate with crane operators and site foremen for safe workflow

• Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards and PPE usage on site

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience installing metal building systems

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and erection plans

• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in outdoor environments

• Rigging or welding experience strongly preferred

Certification Requirement
To qualify for the NCI Group Inc. Installer Certification Program, applicants must:

• Have at least 3 consecutive years of metal building installation experience

• Submit a 5 Project Resume listing five previous metal roofing or cladding projects (not limited to NCI products)

• Include Project Name, Address, Phone Number, and Contact Name for each project
  Incomplete or illegible resumes will delay certification processing.
