 Job Title: 3G/4G Structural Stick Welder
Pay Range: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Location: Field-Based (Residential & Commercial Projects)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Job Description:
We’re hiring a Structural Stick Welder (3G/4G) to join our team. If you’re sharp, dependable, and ready to bring top-tier welding skills to both residential and commercial sites, you might be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3G and 4G stick welding on structural steel in the field
   
• Weld on residential and commercial job sites
   
• Operate safely on ladders and man-lifts
   
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
   
• Communicate professionally with project managers and general contractors
   
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements

Requirements:

• Pass a stick weld test on ½” plate (uphill and overhead; approx. 2 hours)  
• Return next day for bend test  
• Welding certification not required—on-the-job certification available  
• Pipe welding experience a plus  
• Somewhat clean MVR  
• No felony convictions within the past 7 years  
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and dependability
