Job Title: Structural Welder
Pay: $18–$22/hour, Based on Experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Welding Test: 3G MIG Root, Flux Fill & Cap

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Structural Welder for a client located in Yale, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in structural welding, specifically working with carbon and stainless steel materials. Applicants must be able to pass a 3G MIG weld test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural welding using MIG techniques on carbon and stainless steel
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company procedures

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of structural welding experience
• Proficient in MIG welding (3G root, flux fill, cap)
• Experience with both carbon and stainless steel materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
