Job Title: Structural Welder – Night Shift
Pay Rate: $18–$23/hour, Based on Experience
Shift/Hours: Monday–Saturday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Welder to join our team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and welding structural components based on technical drawings and blueprints. Candidates must prioritize safety, precision, and quality to ensure the structural integrity of all finished products.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of structural welding experience
• Must pass a 3G MIG root and flux fill cap single bevel weld test
• Strong understanding of welding safety standards and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
