Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder – MIG (3G Position) to join a Tulsa-based team. This role involves welding vertical joints on structural steel components using the 3G MIG process, ensuring strong and clean welds that meet industry standards. The Structural Welder – MIG (3G Position) will contribute to the construction of buildings, support structures, and heavy industrial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 3G MIG welding on vertical joints of structural steel.
• Ensure all welds meet strength, quality, and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications for welding requirements.
• Use proper techniques to maintain clean welds on vertical surfaces.
• Support the construction of buildings, support structures, and industrial frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a 3G MIG weld test (downhill root, uphill cap).
• Advanced skill in MIG (GMAW) welding techniques.
• Proven experience welding structural steel components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
