Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join a Tulsa-based team specializing in welding structural steel components. This role focuses on vertical joint welding using the MIG process and requires advanced technical skill to ensure quality and strength. The Structural Welder will contribute to projects involving buildings, support structures, and heavy industrial frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding in the 3G position (downhill root, uphill cap).
• Weld structural steel components for buildings, supports, and industrial frameworks.
• Ensure strong, clean welds that meet safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect finished welds to confirm structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safety-compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Must pass a 3G MIG weld test (downhill root, uphill cap).
• Prior experience as a structural MIG welder strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on weld quality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
