Job Description

Join our team supporting contract-driven compliance within a structured finance environment. You will interpret legal agreements, monitor compliance requirements, and ensure systems accurately reflect contractual obligations while resolving issues independently. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, partners across teams, drives process improvements, and delivers high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.


 

Job Description:

  • Reading/ Interpreting contracts to confirm accurate and timely completion of compliance obligations
  • Monitor internal systems for compliance requirements; researching and resolving items independently
  • Research and update systems of record to accurately reflect obligations of contractual parties
  • Provide quality customer service to internal partners, clients, and other third parties
  • Review transaction documents to ensure accuracy of set-up of new accounts
  • Inteact with internal partners to ensure risk management procedures are followed
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that cross geographic sites and job functions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Liberal Arts, English or related field
  • Three+ years of professional experience, preferably in finance or risk related field

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities to ensure each project is moving forward at required pace
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written and communication skills, including exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
  • Ability to work with others to achieve team objectives
  • Proactively initiate process improvements, process automations
  • Experience with reading and interpreting legal documents/contracts
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience working in the corporate trust or structured finance industry

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
