Structured Settlement Administrator / Case Manager

Your role

We are seeking a Structured Settlement Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing structured settlement cases from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and administer structured settlement cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, attorneys, claimants, and brokers to manage the settlement process.
• Maintain detailed records of settlement transactions and client communications.
• Review and verify court orders, settlement agreements, and funding documents.
• Track case milestones and follow up to ensure timely execution of settlement disbursements.
• Respond to client and partner inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal audits and assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $85000 to $120000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

• ideally 5+ years of experience in structured settlements case management
• High degree of proficiency in structured settlement quoting software as well as Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of settlement processes, annuities, or claims management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
