Key Responsibilities

• Receive weekly BCBA supervision and participate in clinical tasks such as intakes, discharges, and collection of unrestricted hours


• Engage in structured training aligned with BACB Task List competencies and ethical standards


• Accurately collect behavioral data and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision


• Work closely with supervising BCBAs and a collaborative team committed to the organization’s core values

Qualifications

• You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification


• You are enrolled or have completed graduate-level ABA courses, and are actively working towards certification as a BCBA


• Have an active RBT certification with the BACB or willing to obtain certification


• Previous experience working with children in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25-$30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
