Student Employment - IT Support & Mailroom Assistant - Fall 2025

• Collect mail from USPS from St. Mary’s Village Post Office
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to campus mail stops
• Collect mail from campus mail stops
• Meter mail and prepare packages for pick-up
• Monitor paper availability at campus copiers and deliver paper as needed
• Change toner in copiers
• Respond to Help Desk tickets assigned and assist end users with basic IT support
• Setup audio/visual equipment for campus events

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn
• Ability to work independently without much supervision and to work well in teams
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Desire to learn new tasks
• Ability to drive a golf cart and carry mail totes and paper boxes
• Ability to listen and follow directions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder
• Previous technology experience preferred, but not required
