Student Onboarding Coordinator

Sacramento Ultrasound Institute is seeking a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Onboarding Coordinator to support student onboarding and compliance processes. This is a remote position. Training will be provided.

This role is critical in helping students successfully transition into clinical placements by managing onboarding requirements, documentation, and administrative follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate student onboarding for clinical sites


• Manage CastleBranch compliance items (vaccines, CPR/BLS, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
  


• Track and verify completion of required documents and certifications
  


• Communicate with students regarding missing or incomplete items
  


• Follow up consistently to ensure deadlines are met
  


• Maintain accurate records and organized digital files
  


• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to student services
  


• Collaborate with program leadership and clinical partners as needed
  


• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  


• Strong attention to detail and organization
  


• Ability to follow processes and checklists accurately
  


• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  


• Basic computer skills (email, document uploads, spreadsheets)
  


• Strong written communication skills
  


• Reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding, compliance tracking, or administrative support
  


• Familiarity with CastleBranch or similar platforms (not required, training provided)
  


• Healthcare education or student services experience is a plus
