Student Pastor – Groups and Engagement 

Full-Time

Timberlake Church is an impactful, fast-growing, and increasingly diverse community committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. We embrace innovation and creativity to reach people effectively, with multiple locations across the Seattle Metro area and Southern Washington.

This Student Pastor role at the Redmond location plays a key part in building a thriving student ministry by developing student relationships and rallying volunteers with vision and energy.  We’re looking for an outgoing people-gatherer who loves creating fun and meaningful environments where students can discover and own an authentic faith that lasts into adulthood. This role collaborates closely with a team of student pastors to dream big, lead boldly, and continue to grow a vibrant ministry that currently serves 250+ students weekly.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:

• Building authentic relationships with students and championing a culture where they’re known, included, and discipled.


• Leading and developing volunteers who love students and want to invest in their spiritual growth.


• Collaborating with the student team to create strategies, events, and experiences that help students move toward owning their faith.


• Contributing to big-picture planning, staff development, and church-wide impact.


• Opportunities to teach in various student environments, such as services, midweek programs, camps, and events.

Position Details:

• Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events).


• $52k – $67k DOE.


• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD.


• Accrued PTO.


• 403B (match after 1 year).
