Timberlake Church is a fast-growing, creative, tech-savvy, and increasingly multi-racial church committed to reaching people for Christ and growing them in their faith. We are one church with multiple locations in the Seattle Metropolitan area and Southern Washington.

We are seeking talented individuals to join the team as full-time Student Pastor/Director at our Castle Rock Campus located in WA.

Responsibilities:

• Being a visible leader on the campus, executing the church's vision, and leading the student ministry into its next season of growth.


• Identify opportunities to integrate youth into every aspect of the church regularly.


• Provide vision and directional leadership for the campus student ministry staff, events, and volunteers.


• Develop and implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.

• This person must love God and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.


• Have a heart to see people come to know Christ.


• This person will have to make discipleship commitments to weekly worship at and tithing to Timberlake Church.


• Make Timberlake your church home.


• 2+ years of student leadership experience or equivalent life experience.


• Work full-time hours (Sunday – Thursday work schedule).


• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Annual salary $45-$55k DOE.
