The Campus Coordinator serves as a vital liaison between students, administration, staff,
faculty, parents, vendors, and community members. This role supports the smooth daily
operation of the campus through proactive supervision, clear communication, and
collaborative engagement. The Coordinator plays a key role in promoting a safe, positive,
and student-centered campus environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to:
1. Campus Supervision: Actively supervise and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
during morning drop-off, afternoon pick-up, student breaks, lunch periods, and during
school-wide events such as rallies, assemblies, and celebrations.
2. Attendance Office Support: Assist in the attendance office as needed, providing backup
and administrative support to ensure accuracy and continuity in reporting.
3. Front Desk Backup: Support front office operations by answering phones, assisting
visitors, and providing information to students and families.
4. Assist in the Student Store: Coordinate with SS Manager to help when needed.
5. Locker Management: Facilitate student locker assignments and needs when called upon.
6. Student Relations: Demonstrate care and professionalism in interactions with students,
reinforcing expectations while promoting a positive school culture.
7. Team Collaboration: Work in partnership with staff, faculty, and administrators to
support a unified campus team.
8. Campus Culture: Promote a student-centered, inclusive, and spirited school
environment through participation in school-wide events like Spirit Week, Red Ribbon
Week, and pep rallies.
9. Supportive Presence: Willingness to serve wherever needed to help the campus run
smoothly, including assisting with leadership meetings and special projects.
10. Fairmont Representation: Actively support and embody Fairmont's mission, vision, and
values as a committed and enthusiastic team member.
11. Other Duties as Assigned: Carry out additional responsibilities as determined by
campus leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Campus Supervision: Demonstrated ability and commitment to supervising student
safety and conduct during drop-off and pick-up, passing periods, break and lunch times,
as well as during school-wide events such as rallies, assemblies, and other on-campus
activities.
? Experience: Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent work experience.
? Adaptability: Flexible and solution-oriented, able to take direction from leadership and
adjust to evolving campus needs.
? Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication with students, families,
faculty, and administrative staff.
? Technology: Proficiency in computer applications and systems relevant to school
operations.
? Initiative & Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
independently while maintaining alignment with campus goals.
? Intrapersonal Skills: Warm, approachable, and collaborative in working with diverse
stakeholders across the campus community.
