Position Overview:
As a Student Success Advisor at Tricoci University, you will play a crucial role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. Your primary focus will be to ensure that each student feels valued, supported, and equipped to succeed in their education and future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with students to provide a supportive and welcoming environment.
• Offer personalized academic and career guidance to help students navigate their educational paths.
• Monitor and evaluate student attendance and performance, identifying those who require additional support.
• Assist students in accessing relevant academic resources and student services.
• Collaborate with faculty to create strategies for the success of at-risk students.
• Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to educate students on available resources and support.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress to assess effectiveness.
• Coordinate and participate in student engagement activities to foster community and connection.

• A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in student advising, coaching, or mentoring, particularly in an educational or beauty context.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students.
• Strong understanding of the academic challenges students face and strategies to help them succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and administrative staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• A genuine passion for student success and a commitment to the beauty industry.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
