Position Overview:
As a Student Success Advisor at Tricoci University, you will play a vital role in guiding students throughout their educational journeys. Your efforts will help foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, academic achievement, and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with students to encourage a positive educational experience.
• Provide individualized academic and career counseling tailored to the needs of each student.
• Monitor attendance and academic performance, identifying students who may need additional support.
• Assist students in accessing the necessary resources and services available to them.
• Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to support student success initiatives.
• Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to educate students about available resources.
• Document student interactions, tracking progress and outcomes effectively.
• Organize student engagement activities to build community and enhance the learning experience.

• Experience in student advising, coaching, or mentoring, ideally in an educational or beauty industry context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students.
• Understanding of the challenges students face and how to address them.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for supporting student success and an interest in the beauty industry.
• two days week would be a 1:30-10:00pm shift, three days a week 8:30am-5:00pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
