Position Overview:
As a Student Success Advisor at Tricoci University, you will play a critical role in supporting and guiding students throughout their academic journeys. Your mission is to ensure that each student feels empowered, informed, and equipped to reach their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with students to provide a positive and supportive environment.
• Offer personalized advising on academic progression and career planning tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor student attendance and performance, identifying those in need of additional support.
• Facilitate access to academic resources and services that can aid student success.
• Work collaboratively with faculty to develop strategies for supporting at-risk students.
• Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to familiarize students with available resources.
• Keep detailed records of student interactions and progress to track development and outcomes.
• Organize student engagement activities to foster community and enhance the educational experience.

• Previous experience in student advising or a related role, ideally within the beauty or education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students.
• Understanding of the academic challenges students often face and how to support them.
• A collaborative approach to working with faculty and staff.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A commitment to student advocacy and a passion for the beauty industry.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $50,000/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
