Position Overview:
As a Student Success Advisor in our Indianapolis campus, you will be essential in supporting and guiding students throughout their educational journeys. You will serve as a mentor, advocate, and resource for students, ensuring they receive the support necessary to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with students to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Provide personalized academic and career guidance tailored to each student's goals.
• Monitor student attendance and academic performance, implementing interventions as needed.
• Facilitate access to academic resources and support services, promoting student success.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify students who may be struggling and develop strategic action plans.
• Conduct orientation programs, workshops, and events to enhance student engagement and community.
• Keep comprehensive records of student interactions and progress to track development over time.
• Coordinate and promote student activities that encourage camaraderie and professional growth.

• A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in student advising, coaching, or mentoring, ideally in the beauty or education sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the challenges students face in academic settings.
