Student Supervision Staff

The Student Supervision Staff will prayerfully help students acquire beliefs, attitudes, and skills,

and knowledge that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible

Christians whose lives are devoted to the glory of God.

The Student Supervision Staff oversees students and maintains a cooperative atmosphere

during lunch. Student Supervision Staff may be asked to enter food items into the RenWeb

cashier system, go outside to supervise 8th-grade students, or float to the atrium for student

management. They will interact with all staff, faculty, and students in a kind, loving manner, as is

described in Matthew 7:12.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Honor Christ in every interaction and every activity.

2. Motivate students to accept God’s gift of salvation and help them grow in their faith through their witness and Christian role modeling.

3. Lead students to a realization of their self-worth in Christ.

4. Cooperate with Administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operation of the school.

5. Work with personnel to integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the academic curriculum and activities.

6. Train and mentor students at FCA to model a life of godly living and to have a desire to have an active faith life.

7. Oversee students and maintain a cooperative atmosphere during lunch.

8. Enter food items into the RenWeb cashier system

9. Supervise 8th-grade students outside.

10. Student management in the Atrium.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Christian who feels called by God to mentor youth.

• Able to be taught and use a digital cashier system.

• Able to physically move about for the full lunch period.

• Possess (or obtain) and maintain current CPR certification.
