Student Worker- Advancement Office

The Advancement Office Student Assistant assists the Manager of Donor Relations and Advancement Information Systems Leader in processing donations to Greenville University as well as updating alumni and donor records in the Greenville University database.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support general daily operations of the Advancement Office that works to raise money to support student scholarships
• Run errands including mail runs
• Data entry and updates  
• Follow all Advancement Office policies and standards
• Maintain confidentiality of records
• Assist with mailings including sending tax receipts daily
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Donor Relations and Advancement Information Systems Leader.

• Must be a GU undergraduate student enrolled in 6+ credit hours 

• Comfortable using Windows platform and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, mature, motivated, and positive  
• Able to follow directions with a close attention to detail  
• Eager learner; ready to be trained in database use
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
