Student Worker- Barn Worker

The Equine Program at Greenville University is hiring for the position of barn worker.

Barn workers are responsible for the care and upkeep of the facility. Duties include cleaning the barn, stalls, assisting with barn-related tasks, and some care and feeding of the horses for qualified individuals.

Barn/farm experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided. Must be able and willing to perform cleaning duties that include manure removal, 4-wheeler operation, arena watering and dragging, sweeping/raking, following management instructions for care and operation of the facility.

Horse feeding and care include handling the horses for leading, stalling, and turnout; following management instructions for feeding and facility care, assisting the assistant director and director in barn and horse related tasks.
