Job Description - Studio Design and Experience Coordinator

Peachy’s mission is to clear care barriers and make wrinkle treatment more accessible than it’s ever been through Preventative Botox, Prescription Retinoids, and Daily Use Sunscreen. Our approach? Transparent pricing, unmatched quality of care and solutions backed by science. Plain and simple.

Title: Studio Design & Experience Coordinator

Location: New York City

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Studio Design & Experience Coordinator to lead the interior setup, visual merchandising, and launch execution of our new studio locations. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of interior design, spatial merchandising, and community engagement. This is ideal for a junior designer ready to move in-house and take full ownership of the studio launch experience.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring every new and existing studio reflects our brand's identity to the highest standard; from the design of the space to the way it's introduced to the neighborhood. You'll collaborate with contractors, designers, and the leadership team to create beautiful, functional, and welcoming environments that open with impact.

What You’ll Do:

Studio Design & Brand Implementation

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new studio build-outs - from construction through final visual merchandising.

  • Ensure execution of interior layouts, finishes, fixtures, and decor matches brand design guidelines and renderings.

  • Partner with general contractors and design vendors to translate visual concepts into real-world environments.

  • Travel to studio sites (~30%) to lead setup and perform visual QC to confirm every space meets aesthetic and functional standards.

  • Conduct ongoing site visits to monitor and enforce adherence to brand standards post-launch.

Studio Launches & Community Engagement

  • Lead the design and execution of high-touch studio opening events that introduce the space to the local community in an authentic and exciting way.

  • Coordinate with local partners and vendors to deliver immersive launch experiences.

  • Develop strategies to build brand awareness and drive neighborhood engagement around each new location.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between contractors, designers, operations, and leadership.

  • Maintain clear communication and regular updates to the COO and CEO on launch progress, risks, and needs.

  • Ensure design execution supports operational needs while staying visually aligned with the brand’s evolving aesthetic.

Who You Are:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an interior design firm or a related creative/merchandising environment.

  • Looking to transition into an in-house role with broader creative and operational responsibilities.

  • Strong eye for design detail, spatial layout, and brand consistency.

  • Equally comfortable working with general contractors, designers, and creative stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Based in NYC and able to work in person.

  • Willing and excited to travel at least 30% of the time for studio launches and brand checks.

  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred:

  • Background in retail design, hospitality, or boutique fitness studio environments.

  • Familiarity with merchandising documentation and rollout plans.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.

Why Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to help shape the physical identity and community presence of a fast-growing studio brand. Your role will directly impact how new neighborhoods experience us — not just visually, but emotionally. If you’re someone who loves transforming spaces and telling brand stories through environment and experience, we’d love to meet you.

Pay & Perks:

  • Competitive compensation + performance-based bonuses

  • Health and Wellness perks

  • 100% paid medical malpractice coverage

  • Complimentary quarterly wrinkle treatment + retinoid

  • Employee discount for Peachy services and products

  • Exclusive optional discounts through LifeMart

  • 401K program participation after 90 days of employment

  • Paid time off

The target base pay for the Studio Design and Experience Coordinator role is $60,000 - $65,000/yr USD. Peachy may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications and location. This range may be modified in the future.

This position requires additional responsibilities not listed here and may change throughout employment.
