Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000
Bonus + Uncapped Commission
Expected Annual Compensation: $80,000+
StretchMed provides personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that combine PNF and static techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall wellness. With our Rockville location opening soon, were seeking a hands-on Studio Manager who is passionate about health and movementand ready to help build a successful studio from the ground up.
This is a dual role: youll manage daily operations and lead a team, while also working directly with clients to deliver high-quality stretch sessions. Were looking for a strong leader who understands anatomy, has experience in both wellness services and sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Client Experience & Stretching
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using PNF and static stretching techniques.
Educate clients on the long-term benefits of assisted stretching and mobility work.
Ensure all stretch therapists deliver consistent, high-quality sessions aligned with brand standards.
Address client feedback with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
A valid certification or formal education in anatomy, exercise science, personal training, massage therapy, or a related field is required.
Sales & Membership Growth
Lead the full sales process: from outbound calls and intro session bookings to membership conversions.
Make 50+ outbound calls per day to drive traffic and follow up with prospects.
Effectively overcome common objections related to price, commitment, or timing.
Set the tone for your team by selling authentically and modeling strong conversion strategies.
Studio Operations & Team Leadership
Recruit, onboard, and train a team of certified stretch therapists and front desk staff.
Create a positive, high-performance culture that supports team development and accountability.
Oversee day-to-day studio operations including scheduling, cleanliness, reporting, and inventory management.
Monitor KPIs, manage the P&L, and drive results to qualify for future profit-sharing.
Execute local marketing and grassroots strategies to build community awareness and generate leads.
Prior experience in sales and management within a fitness, wellness, or health service environment.
Hands-on experience delivering assisted stretching, personal training, or bodywork sessions.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and stretching protocols, particularly PNF and static techniques.
A certification or degree in a relevant field (e.g., NASM, ISSA, LMT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology).
Proven success in sales, with the ability to lead a team and drive revenue.
A builders mindsetcomfortable wearing multiple hats and launching a new location.
Familiarity with CRM systems, local outreach strategies, and social media marketing.
Full-time availability, including weekday afternoons and weekends.
Local to Rockville, MD with reliable transportation.
Base salary of $48,000
Uncapped bonus and commission opportunities

We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance and drive personal growth.
