Studio Manager and Experienced Lash Tech

Deka Lash, one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty industry. We're seeking a goal-driven EYELASH EXTENSION STUDIO MANAGER with a passion for artistry and sales. We encourage all ethnicities, genders and bilingual candidates to apply!

The ideal candidate is a licensed esthetician with at least 3 years experience as a lash artist. This is a Full-Time position. Your time will be split between eyelash application/services (75%) and managerial duties (25%).

Client-focused Responsibilities (as a Lash Artist)
● Paid Training to learn Deka Lash technique
● Provide all lash and beauty services
● Earn commissions on every membership, service and product sold
● Opportunity to become a Master Lash Artist and/or Trainer (more $$$)
● Paid vacation and sick leave
● Sharing positive work/client experiences on social media daily is a MUST
● Willing to perform additional duties as required

Staff-focused Responsibilities (as a Manager)
● Ensure Deka Lash branding and culture in all actions
● Work with studio owners on hiring and employee retention goals
● Monitor and mentor Lash Artists for ongoing success and future growth
● Work with studio owners on agenda for weekly staff meetings to discuss goals, review performance
● Work with corporate trainer to enhance ongoing staff training
● Coordinate social media schedule - which includes making in studio videos and helping to promote sales/specials
● Coordinating community events with area businesses in person and via social media
● Help maintain inventory and coordinate orders with studio owners
● Ensure all studio systems are followed such as proper open/close, delinquent account procedures, cash handling, etc.
● Work with staff manage bookings- confirmations, membership status, updated payments on file, etc
● Ensure the studio, storage area and office are clean, stocked and properly maintained at all times

Required Qualifications
● NJ licensed esthetician or cosmetologist
● Available for all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
● Passion for learning new techniques and staying updated on the latest industry trends
● Previous management experience in the beauty industry strongly recommended but not required
Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
