The Opportunity
This isn't just a job — it's a ground-floor opportunity to launch a brand-new boutique fitness studio in Burlington, MA and grow into the leader who runs it.
Our client operates a high-energy group fitness concept with classes starting every 10 minutes. A new studio is opening in Burlington, and we need a driven, community-minded sales leader to build the membership base from scratch — signing up 440+ founding members before doors open — and then step into the Studio Manager role to lead the team and operations long-term.
If you love fitness, thrive on hustle, and want a clear career path, this is your moment.
Phase 1: Pre-Sale Manager (Immediate Start)
You'll be the face of the brand in Burlington before the studio even opens. Your mission: generate buzz, build relationships, and convert leads into founding members.

- Engage daily on social media to build community excitement and brand awareness
- Track all leads, outreach, and conversions in the CRM with precision
- Create grassroots energy that makes the studio launch a local event
Phase 2: Studio Manager (Post-Launch Career Path)
Once the studio opens and you've proven your leadership in the pre-sale phase, you'll transition into the Studio Manager role — the heartbeat of the studio.
What You'll Own:
Membership Sales & Retention
- Deliver on KPIs including membership sales conversion, member retention (monthly churn), month-over-month recurring growth, and gross revenue targets
- Execute ongoing lead follow-up, trial conversions, and outreach strategies

- Facilitate studio-specific marketing promotions and manage local CRM campaigns
- Lead community events that drive appreciation and new leads
- Maintain a high-energy, motivating culture for members and staff
Floor Leadership
- Guide members through workouts safely and effectively when needed
