Job Description - Studio Sales Representative


Club Pilates Manhattan Beach seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our studio team. This role is responsible for driving membership sales and delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and has a strong ability to build relationships both in person and over the phone. The Sales Representative plays a key role in achieving studio revenue goals while fostering a positive and supportive community for all members.

As the first point of contact for prospective members, the Sales Representative will actively engage with leads, conduct studio tours, explain class offerings and membership options, and close sales with confidence. This role also supports the retention of current clients by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming studio atmosphere.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous fitness studio sales or retail sales experience
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Detailed note taker
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Energetic and personable


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting prospects’s needs and wants
- Maintain 100 activities (calls, etc) per day
- Meet personal sales goals
- Book quality appointments through prospect engagement
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
