Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Styling Assistant, Creative Content Production for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. As a Creative Content Styling Assistant for the Livestream team, you will be on set at our DTLA studio supporting the creative content team in delivering several shopping-focused livestream shows on a weekly basis. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of current trends and has the ability to bring the SHEIN brand to life by creating looks that both excite our audience and inspire them to purchase. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the merchandising team in China and US-based production team to select SKUs for each show


• Receive shipments of product at our DTLA studio, organize and prepare them for each shoot


• Style and fit looks for on-camera hosts and models for each livestream show to support the sales goals as well as the producers’ creative vision


• Support production team on set during all live shows to dress models and hosts and organize all product being featured


• Organize and maintain a library of wardrobe pieces to be used by content team for other projects


• Support assigned campaigns to organize packages, hang up wardrobe, and assist on set if needed

Job Requirements 

• 1-2+ years of experience working with a fashion or lifestyle brand on e-commerce editorial video and photo


• Proficient in styling tools and techniques, particularly for live video


• Consistently demonstrates passion for the brand with a customer centric mentality


• Superior organization skills and an ability to work autonomously


• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines while working across multiple time zones


• Team player with an ability to roll up your sleeves and oversee projects from start to finish


• Curiosity around learning new things, uncovering new opportunities and staying current with culture and trends in home and fashion
